These terms apply to everyone who visits Moonlit Arcade (https://moonlitarcade.com). By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
The service
Moonlit Arcade offers free browser games that you can play without an account. The site is paid for by advertising. Games may be added, updated or removed at any time, and the site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Personal use
You may play the games for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may share links to any page of the site.
You may not, without written permission:
- copy, download, rehost or redistribute the games, their code, graphics, music or texts;
- embed the games on another website or app, or frame the site;
- use the games or their content for commercial purposes.
Intellectual property
The games, characters, artwork, music, sounds, texts and the site's design are original works protected by copyright. Moonlit Arcade and the game names are used as brand names. All rights are reserved by their author. The fonts used on the site are published under the SIL Open Font License.
Fair play
You agree not to:
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting;
- scrape the site with automated tools, other than search engine crawlers;
- click on ads, or generate ad views, artificially (bots, scripts, click exchanges or asking others to click).
Advertising and links to other sites
Ads are chosen and served by Google and its partners, not by us. We are not responsible for advertisers' products or for the content of other websites linked from ads or pages. How ads use cookies, and how to accept or refuse them, is explained in the privacy policy.
Children
The games are made for a general audience, including families. We recommend that parents supervise younger children's screen time and use of the internet.
No warranty
The games are provided free of charge and "as is". We do our best to keep them working on common browsers and devices, but we can't guarantee they will run without errors, on every device, or that saved progress will never be lost (it is stored in your browser and can be erased by it).
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the site or the impossibility of using it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by French law.
