About the game
Night Market is a cozy time-management game about running a small food stall under paper lanterns. Forest friends line up with an order bubble and a patience bar, and you cook, assemble and serve their food before they get tired of waiting.
Grill skewers and flip them before they burn, warm sweet buns, steam dumplings, pour peach, berry or matcha tea with or without ice, and build noodle bowls with broth and a topping. New dishes open up over seven nights, orders grow to two or three items, and the coins you earn buy upgrades like hot coals, an extra grill slot, an auto-steamer and a tip jar.
Each night lasts two to three minutes. Everything is drawn in pixel art with soft lo-fi music, and it plays with touch, mouse or keyboard in portrait or landscape. Your progress is saved in your browser. Clear Night 7 to unlock Endless mode and chase a best score.
How to play
- Press Play, read the night's coin goal, then tap Open the stall.
- Customers show their order in a bubble. Cook it at the stations: tap the grill, flip each skewer when the arrow appears and collect it when it is golden.
- Tap ready food to put it on the counter, then tap a customer to hand over their order. You can also drag food straight onto them.
- Serve before the patience bar runs out. Faster service earns bigger tips. Burnt or wrong food goes in the bin.
- Reach the coin goal to clear the night and earn up to three stars, then spend your coins on stall upgrades.

Tips
- Flip skewers as soon as the arrow shows. Ready skewers burn if you leave them on the grill too long.
- Move finished food to the counter to free the station, and start the next dish while the first one cooks.
- The steamer makes three plates of dumplings at once, so load it early when dumplings are popular.
- Serve quickly: the fuller a customer's patience bar, the bigger the tip.
- Missed a goal? You keep the coins you earned, so buy an upgrade and try the night again.
