About the game

Holiday Hoppers is a cheerful pixel-art platformer for the whole family. Pick your hopper (Anne, Arsene or Papa) and run, jump and stomp your way through seven worlds, each one built around a holiday of the year.

Start in Easter Meadow, cross Midsummer Glade and Sunny Shores, climb Cake Mountain, brave Spooky Hollow, slide through Frosty Pines and finish under the lights of Midnight City. The world map even counts down the days until each real holiday.

It runs in any modern browser with nothing to install. On a phone or tablet you get an on-screen pad, and your progress is saved in the browser you play in.

How to play

  1. Press Play and choose your hopper: Anne, Arsene or Papa.
  2. Pick a holiday world. Easter Meadow is a good first stop.
  3. Move with the arrow keys or A and D, and jump with Space or Up.
  4. Stomp the grumps from above, and bump gift boxes from below for treats or an extra heart.
  5. Light the lantern halfway through to set your checkpoint, then reach the holiday banner to finish the world.
